DSY Law & Consultancy acts as data controller in respect of personal data obtained in its contact and candidate processes. For questions and for requests under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may reach us at info@dsyhukuk.com.
Contact form
Your full name, e-mail address, optional telephone number, subject and message are processed for the purposes of receiving and assessing your request, responding to you, ensuring the security of communication and, where necessary, establishing, exercising or protecting legal rights.
The data is obtained directly from you through the electronic form. Depending on the nature of the request, it may be shared with our authorised staff, our technical service providers and legally authorised public authorities, only to the extent necessary. The data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once the purpose of processing and the relevant statutory periods have come to an end.
Candidate applications
Your full name, contact details, education, experience, application type, LinkedIn address, cover letter and CV are processed for the purposes of assessing your candidacy, contacting you and conducting interview and recruitment processes.
Applications and CV files may be shared with authorised staff of the firm, with providers of technical infrastructure services and with legally authorised authorities, only to the extent necessary. Application data is deleted or anonymised six months after the date of application, unless there is an ongoing recruitment process or a legal reason requiring longer retention.
We ask that you do not include in your CV special category personal data that is not necessary for the assessment of your application, such as identity numbers, health information, political opinion, religious belief, or association or trade union membership.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may exercise your rights, including the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information, to request rectification or erasure, and your other related rights, in accordance with the procedures for applying to the data controller.
